EasyWedded Vendor Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to EasyWedded! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EasyWedded platform ("Platform"), which is owned and operated by Desira Tech, LLC. By signing up and using our Platform as a, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register as a Vendor on EasyWedded, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Operate a legitimate business that offers services related to weddings and events.
• Provide accurate and complete information during the sign-up process.

3. Vendor Account

• Account Creation: You must create an account to use our Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Profile Information: You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information on your vendor profile. This includes business name, contact information, and service details.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and ensuring that your account is used in compliance with these Terms.

4. Services and Fees

• Listing Services: Vendors can create a profile on the Platform to showcase their services to potential clients. The services listed must be accurate and not misleading.
• Subscription Fees: Some features of the Platform may require payment of subscription fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described during the sign-up process.
• Payment Terms: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as specified during registration. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
• Refunds: All fees paid are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

5. Vendor Obligations

• Compliance with Laws: Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their services and business operations.
• Service Delivery: Vendors agree to provide high-quality services as described in their profile and to honor all commitments made to clients through the Platform.
• Customer Interaction: Vendors must maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients and are prohibited from engaging in any behavior that could harm the reputation of EasyWedded or other users.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

• Vendor Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Platform, such as images, descriptions, and testimonials. By uploading content, you grant EasyWedded a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.
• Prohibited Content: Vendors are prohibited from uploading content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Termination

• By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account management tools available on the Platform.
• By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or if we determine that your continued use of the Platform is harmful to other users or the reputation of EasyWedded.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyWedded and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EasyWedded, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any laws or regulations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Caorlina. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina
